We have great opportunity to introduce our self, I am Ira, from PT. Panji Mas Textile a leading mop yarn manufacturer for no woven application and stuffing material established on 1985 in Gresik, Indonesia. Since 2005 we focused on the sales forB2B market and we already have ISPB 15 Quality Mark from “American Lumber Standard Committee Inc” for our wood packing. So far we have our mop yarn export to Malaysia, Pakistan, India, South Africa, Egypt, Canada, Italy, and Russia.
We offer you mop yarn, which is used as janitorial equipment for home and building especially hotels, offices, hospital, etc. For mop yarn, we produce cotton yarn, colour yarn, white bleach yarn, and TC yarn in count range Ne 0.3s-1.00s in single and twisted.
In addition to production capacity, we are able to produce up to 1500 MT/ month with 17 section Dreff machines. We already made good quality mop yarn in bleach/ white, natural (cotton) and esp.coloured/ rainbow yarn. It is very nice yarn with high/ low twist, good strength, nice absorption and unfaded that will fulfil your need.
We also have open end yarn. Our yarn can be applied for various purpose such as Knitted working gloves, Towel Industries, Interlining fabric (for shoes, bag), Fabric (knitted and woven), socks and upholstery.
